Kangra, July 28 -- Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri on Monday paid rich tributes to former minister G.S. Bali, describing him as a symbol of development-oriented politics and public service. He was addressing the 24th Bal Mela organised at Gandhi Ground in Nagrota Bagwan on the occasion of Bali's 72nd birth anniversary.

Industries Minister Harshwardhan Chauhan and Education Minister Rohit Thakur also attended the event organised by the Bal Mela Committee.
