Nagpur, April 12 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Sunday criticised Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, asserting that unrest is growing within the Congress over his inability to secure electoral success for the party.

Speaking to mediapersons on the sidelines of an event in Nagpur, Fadnavis alleged that Gandhi is focused primarily on safeguarding his own leadership amid a series of poll setbacks.

He further claimed that discussions are gaining ground within the Congress about replacing Gandhi due to the party's repeated defeats under his leadership.
