Panchkula, July 31 -- The Centre is preparing to launch DISHA 2.0, a technology-driven legal services program designed to bring free pre-litigation legal advice within reach for Haryana's rural and underserved communities.
The union government informed the Rajya Sabha that the Designing Innovative Solutions for Holistic Access to Justice (DISHA) 2.0 scheme will be implemented nationwide, including Haryana, with a central allocation of Rs 255 crore for 2026-31. The scheme is fully funded by the Centre with no separate allocation for Haryana.
