Kalaburagi, Nov. 14 -- The Kalaburagi district administration on Thursday informed the Karnataka High Court that it has permitted the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) to hold a march in Chittapur on November 16, after initially refusing permission on the grounds of maintaining public safety and communal harmony.
At the hearing by the single-judge bench of Justice M.G.S. Kamal, the district administration conveyed its readiness to allow the procession under specific conditions. RSS has been organising route marches in celebration of its centenary year across the country.
