Parmod KumarNew Delhi, Aug. 19 -- The Supreme Court on Wednesday expressed displeasure over the Odisha State Sentence Review Board's continued delay in deciding the premature release plea of Ravindra Kumar Pal alias Dara Singh, who is undergoing life imprisonment for the 1999 killing of Australian missionary Graham Stuart Staines and his two minor sons, Philip and Timothy, and warned the authorities that it would itself take a call if a decision was not taken.
A bench comprising Justices Manoj Misra and Vijay Bishnoi gave the State Sentence Review Board (SSRB) one more opportunity to decide Ravindra Kumar Pal's plea for premature release.
