New Delhi, June 22 -- The government on Monday showcased what it described as a decade-long transformation of India's technology ecosystem, saying investments in artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductors, quantum technologies and digital infrastructure are positioning the country as an emerging global technology hub.

In a document outlining its achievements over the last 12 years, the government said India has moved beyond being a large consumer of digital services to becoming a country that is increasingly shaping global technology development through Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), indigenous innovation and startup-led growth.
