Ranchi, Aug. 7 -- The first round of formal talks between the Jharkhand government and students agitating over alleged irregularities in JPSC and JSSC recruitment examinations ended on a positive note on Friday, with the government assuring that the students' demands would be placed before Chief Minister Hemant Soren for appropriate action.
According to the JPSC-JSSC Reform Manch, the student delegation presented a detailed charter of demands before the ministerial panel and explained the basis of each demand relating to the alleged recruitment irregularities.
