Patna, June 27 -- Bihar Governor cum Chancellor Lieutenant General Syed Ata Hasnain (Retd.) on Friday directed authorities to take forward a comprehensive proposal aimed at simplifying, modernising and making the regulatory framework of higher education more transparent by incorporating best practices from the university laws of 15 states.
Chairing a high-level review meeting on reforms and administrative strengthening in the state''s higher education system, the Governor issued several key directives.
