Bhubaneswar, June 21 -- Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati on Sunday highlighted the deep-rooted historical, cultural and spiritual ties between Odisha and West Bengal, calling for further strengthening of the bond between the two neighbouring states to build a more inclusive, harmonious and prosperous India.
