Ranchi, Jan. 20 -- Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Tuesday accorded his assent to the Jharkhand Coaching Centre (Control and Regulation) Bill, 2025, which was passed by the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly.
With the Governor's approval, the Bill has now become law. The legislation provides a comprehensive framework for the registration, control and regulation of coaching centres operating in the state, along with the prescription of minimum standards to be followed by such institutions.
According to the provisions of the Act, special emphasis has been laid on safeguarding the interests of students and ensuring their safety in coaching centres.
