Mumbai, May 24 -- Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties officially infomed the stock exchange that it has awarded construction contracts worth around Rs 1,100 crore to Tata Projects to construct three luxury residential projects in Gurugram.
Significantly, this deal is the first known collaboration between the Godrej Group and Tata Projects in the residential construction segment.
Godrej Properties stated that the collaboration is aimed at improving construction efficiency, quality standards and project delivery timelines across its upcoming developments, while Tata Projects said that the partnership aligns with its experience in executing large-scale urban infrastructure and residential projects.
