Hyderabad, Feb. 24 -- GMR Hyderabad International Airport (RGIA) has been recognised as one of the Best Airports at Arrivals Globally at the 2025 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Customer Experience Awards presented by Airports Council International (ACI) World.
The award is based on passenger feedback collected through ACI's globally benchmarked ASQ survey programme, in which nearly 7.07 lakh passengers worldwide participated in 2025. RGIA's selection places it among a select group of airports that have delivered an exceptional arrival experience, with strong performance in areas such as arrival processes, cleanliness, ambience, staff service and overall ease of travel.
