New Delhi, March 5 -- External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar on Thursday said the world is experiencing "turbulent times," warning that global instability has intensified to a point where it can even affect international participation in major forums.

Speaking at the Raisina Dialogue 2026 in New Delhi, he noted that the evolving international situation underscores the need for greater awareness among citizens about global developments.
