Kochi, March 11 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday urged the people of Kerala to give the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) a chance to govern the state, promising that five years of NDA rule could transform Kerala into a developed state.
Addressing an NDA rally in Kochi, Modi said the alliance has already demonstrated its capability through its governance at the national level.
"If you give us five years in Kerala, we will transform the state. This is not just a promise, it is a guarantee based on what we have already proven," he said.
The Prime Minister strongly criticiSed both the Left Democratic Front (LDF) and the United Democratic Front (UDF), accusing them of pursuing anti-people and anti-national policies.
