Jaipur, Aug. 28 -- Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today took a strong exception to alleged attempts of exerting pressure upon the publishers of former Congress president Sonia Gandhi's upcoming book for removal of portions in the text related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the RSS and the occupation of Indian territory by China during Modi regimes, calling it as "murder of democracy".
The senior Congress leader has also flagged the attempts of hiding the truth "being revealed in Sonia Gandhi's upcoming book", by Penguin Random House India (and also by the Modi government), questioning their reservation against publishing the book unchanged in India.
