Visakhapatnam, Sept. 29 -- Girijan Cooperative Corporation (GCC) Chairman Kidari Sravan Kumar on Tuesday inspected the ongoing construction of the Araku Valley Coffee Cafe on Beach Road in Visakhapatnam, being developed at an estimated cost of Rs 1.06 crore.
Accompanied by GCC directors, Sravan Kumar reviewed the progress of the works and directed officials to complete the project expeditiously while maintaining quality standards.
He said GCC was taking steps to promote Araku Valley coffee and improve marketing facilities for products made by tribal farmers.
The proposed cafe would offer Araku coffee to tourists and visitors and provide a platform to showcase and sell a range of tribal products marketed by the corporation.
