Hyderabad, June 13 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday urged newly commissioned officers of the Indian Air Force to prepare for the evolving nature of warfare driven by advanced technologies, innovation and rapid decision-making.
Reviewing the Combined Graduation Parade (CGP) of the 217th Course at the Air Force Academy near Hyderabad, Singh congratulated the graduating cadets on successfully completing their training and earning their coveted wings.
Addressing the parade, the Defence Minister said the graduating batch comprised 240 pilots and ground-duty officers, including trainees from the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, and Vietnam. He noted that the diversity of branches represented at the academy reflect...
