Aizawl, June 19 -- The Mizoram government today revoked the month-long fuel conservation measures imposed on government departments, ending the weekly "No Official Vehicle Day" and other restrictions introduced to curb fuel consumption amid concerns over possible disruptions in global oil supplies.
The General Administration Department (GAD), through an Office Memorandum (OM), formally withdrew its earlier directive dated May 19 after citing the easing of tensions in West Asia following an agreement reached between the United States and Iran.
