Panchkula, June 22 -- In a development that could redefine the future of technical education in Haryana, the State Institute of Engineering and Technology (SIET), Panchkula, has sealed an academic and research partnership with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar, paving the way for the institute's emergence as a premier centre for engineering excellence, innovation and advanced research.
