Chennai, Sept. 10 -- Four more police personnel, including a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), have been remanded in judicial custody in connection with the custodial death of temple security guard B. Ajithkumar in Sivaganga district in June last year.
The development follows the CBI filing the supplementary chargesheet in the case.
The V Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, framed a murder charge under Section 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, against the four accused - former Manamadurai DSP N.
