Chennai, Dec. 29 -- In a shocking incident in broad daylight, four minor boys,who were under intoxication after consuming Ganja, brutally attacked a Odishayouth in a running train with machetes at Tiruttani leading to their arrests todayafternoon.
The incident drew strong condemnation from Opposition parties, including the AIADMK,BJP and the PMK leaders who alleged that it showed the law and order situation underthe DMK regime had hit the nadir.
Following their arrests, the four boys, all 17-year-olds and were school dropouts, whohave recorded the violent act on a mobile phone, were later lodged in Juvenile Justicehome as they were minors.
