Lakhimpur Kheri, April 28 -- A tragic road accident late Monday night in the Faradhan police station area of Lakhimpur Kheri claimed the lives of four young men, all cousins, turning a family celebration into mourning, police said on Tuesday.
According to reports, the victims were returning home from a wedding function in Kaimasur village when a speeding and out-of-control Brezza car rammed into their motorcycles. The impact was so severe that four youths died, while another sustained serious injuries.
Eyewitnesses said the car, moving at high speed, collided with multiple bikes before plunging into a roadside ditch.
