Panchkula, June 6 -- Haryana Police on Friday arrested four accused within hours of the sensational daylight murder of a cloth merchant in Pinjore, with investigators linking the crime to an old personal rivalry stemming from a dispute over parking outside the victim's shop.
The victim, identified as Jitesh Manocha (42), owner of Manocha Cloth House in Pinjore's main market, was brutally attacked by a group of assailants while sitting in his Scorpio vehicle outside his shop on Friday afternoon.
According to eyewitnesses, around five armed men reached the spot, dragged Manocha out of the vehicle and assaulted him with sticks and knives.
