New Delhi, Dec. 27 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Saturday shared that the foundation stone for the development of Atal Garden was laid in the Uttam Nagar area of West Delhi. The CM described the development of the Atal Garden as a powerful step towards making the city greener.
Gupta said that the garden, which is coming up in a densely populated area, will bring freshness to the air, help bring down pollution, and also provide the locals with modern amenities, cleanliness, and an organized public space.
Taking to social media platform X, CM stated that the Atal Garden project is inspired by former PM Vajpayee's thought, according to which development moves ahead in tandem with nature and culture.
