New Delhi, Jan. 26 -- On the occasion of 77th Republic Day, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta extended warm greetings to the people of the city and the country, and said that the foundation of the nation's democracy is rooted in the values of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity enshrined in the Constitution.
