Bhubaneswar, Jan. 16 -- The Additional Special Judge, Vigilance Court, Bhubaneswar on Friday convicted former Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) of Puri Divisional Office, Suresh Chandra Rath, in a disproportionate assets (DA) case and sentenced him to three years of rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.1,00,000.
