Patna, July 31 -- Former Danapur MLA Ritalal Yadav was brought from Bhagalpur Central Jail and produced before a special MP-MLA court in Patna on Friday.
Yadav was produced in connection with Khagaul Police Station Case No. 129/2025 before the special court designated to hear criminal cases involving Members of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assemblies.
After hearing, he was sent back to Bhagalpur Central Jail.
During the proceedings, Yadav''s counsel filed an application requesting that his client be transferred to Beur Central Jail in Patna until the conclusion of the trial in the case.
