Shillong, March 10 -- Leader of the Opposition in Meghalaya, Dr. Mukul Manda Sangma on Tuesday lodged an FIR with the police against former MLA S.G. Estamur Mominin for making allegations against him and promoting 'disharmony among groups' in the run-up the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) elections.
