New Delhi, Sept. 13 -- Forgetfulness is often dismissed as a normal part of ageing, but repeated questions, worsening memory and difficulty in handling routine tasks could sometimes signal a more serious condition, experts say.
The importance of recognising such warning signs and seeking timely medical advice will be discussed by Dr Manjari Tripathi, Professor and Head of the Department of Neurology at AIIMS, New Delhi, at a programme being organised by the Alzheimer's and Related Disorders Society of India (ARDSI), Delhi Chapter, to mark World Alzheimer's Day on September 16.
The programme will be held at Gulmohar Hall, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, and is themed "The Earlier You Know, The More You Can Do: Dementia Diagnosis Matters."...
