Patna, April 7 -- Bihar Agriculture Minister Ramkripal Yadav Tuesday warned that failure to prioritize water conservation could lead to serious conflicts in the future, stating that "the next battle may be fought over water" if timely action is not taken.
Addressing the state-level Jal-Jeevan-Hariyali Diwas programme under the Jal-Jeevan-Hariyali Mission, Yadav emphasised that the occasion reflects the state's commitment to environmental protection and water conservation.
