Chandigarh, Oct. 11 -- union Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution, Nirmuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya, visited flood-affected areas in Ludhiana district today to assess the situation and interact with the affected families.
She stated that the central team has completed the survey of the flood damage across Punjab and assured that the central government stands firmly with every affected family.
During her two-day visit, the Minister toured villages including Talwandi Kalan, Garsian Hakmara, Lopon, and others under the Gill constituency.
