Bengaluru, Sept. 4 -- The Goods and Services Tax (GST) reforms announced by the central government have received an encouraging response from Karnataka's business community, with industry representatives highlighting the benefits to both consumers and businesses, particularly in the festive season.
Uma Reddy, Vice President of the Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI), observed that while the reforms do not constitute a complete reduction in the tax burden, they offer noticeable relief to the common man.
