Chennai, Aug. 28 -- The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) today said it has facilitated the transfer of five technologies developed by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to five Indian companies.

According to IN-SPACe, the tripartite agreements were signed between NewSpace India Limited (NSIL), the technology recipient industries, and IN-SPACe in Ahmedabad.

The transfers are aimed at driving commercialisation, strengthening self-reliance, reducing imports, and enabling wider applications of space technologies in sectors such as automotive, biomedical, and industrial manufacturing.
