Dharamshala, Feb. 7 -- A five-day Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme concluded in Kangra on Saturday, bringing together 35 delegates from Rajasthan and local youth from Himachal Pradesh to promote cultural unity and leadership development.
Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa, presiding over the valedictory function, said youth are "the backbone of nation building" and urged participants to carry forward the programme's lessons in moral values, social responsibility, and self-confidence.
