Jammu, Aug. 12 -- Jammu and Kashmir, which shares a deep and historic connect with cinema, is all set to take centre stage on the global platform with the launch of its first-ever four-day International Film Festival, to be hosted in Jammu and Srinagar from September 7 to 10.
The festival is a brainchild of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations (DIPR).
The festival will not only bring international cinema to the people of Jammu and Kashmir but will also provide local talent with opportunities to interact with leading voices from the film industry, hone their skills and develop professional networks.
