Shimla, Aug. 10 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Monday said the state government was committed to strengthening infrastructure and emergency services in rural areas to ensure that people living in remote regions have access to better facilities closer to their homes.
The Chief Minister virtually inaugurated a newly established Fire Station at Nerwa in Shimla district, saying the facility would significantly strengthen emergency response and disaster management capabilities in the Chopal area.
