Hyderabad, July 6 -- A fire broke out on the third floor of the Criminal Court building at Nampally in Hyderabad in the we hours on Monday, triggering a swift response from the fire department.
Court staff noticed flames and immediately alerted the fire services. Firefighters rushed to the spot with two fire tenders and brought the blaze under control before it could spread to other floors.
Officials said the prompt action of the fire personnel averted a major disaster. Preliminary investigations indicate that a short circuit caused the fire.
