Dharamshala, Sept. 16 -- Former Chief Minister Shanta Kumar has said that the final approval granted by the Government of India for the Blood Drug Park in Una is a landmark achievement for Himachal Pradesh.

He praised the state government and the people of Himachal for their efforts in making this possible.

According to Kumar, an initial investment of Rs 2,000 crore will be made in the project, which will eventually attract an additional Rs 20,000 crore in investments. The Blood Drug Park will be one of the most important projects for the pharmaceutical sector in the country.
