Solan, Jan. 14 -- Slamming the Congress government over its alleged failure in providing quick relief to the victims of a fire mishap at Arki in Solan district, former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today castigated Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu for his "insensitive approach" towards public grievances.
