Auckland, March 20 -- Lockie Ferguson's incisive opening spell and Kyle Jamieson's late firepower set New Zealand on course for a commanding eight-wicket win over South Africa in the third T20I of the South Africa tour of New Zealand at Eden Park here on Friday.
Electing to bowl first after winning the toss, New Zealand struck immediately. Ferguson removed Wiaan Mulder for a duck in the second over, caught by Cole McConchie, setting the tone for a disciplined bowling display.
Mitchell Santner claimed key wickets, including Connor Esterhuizen and Jason Smith, while Jamieson picked off George Linde and Gerald Coetzee with fine catches by Tom Latham.
