Bilaspur (HP), Jan. 29 -- Two roads in the Ghumarwin assembly constituency of Bilaspur district have been upgraded using Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) technology. The roads is approximately 7-kilometer-long Targhail-Ladraur road and the Gahar-Ket road, also around 7 kilometers in length.

The upgradation of the Targhail-Ladraur road cost around Rs. 6.5 crore, while Rs. 5.16 crore was invested in the Gahar-Ket road. These improvements have significantly benefited local communities. The Gahar-Ket road serves around eight villages, including Gahar, Muhana, Dehalwin, Padhyan, Ket, Naswal, and Seu, while the Targhail-Ladraur road benefits roughly a dozen villages.
