Srinagar, May 22 -- National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Friday launched a sharp attack on the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), accusing it of being responsible for the political and constitutional changes witnessed in Jammu and Kashmir in recent years.
Reacting to the PDP's allegation that the Omar Abdullah government was following the model of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Farooq Abdullah said the PDP itself was responsible for paving the way for the present situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
"They were the ones who made it. Who finished (Article) 370? Who finished 35A? They are responsible," Abdullah told reporters.
