Srinagar, March 26 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Farooq Abdullah on Thursday called for immediate de-escalation and urged all parties involved to exercise restraint.

In a statement, the veteran politician said that the continuation of hostilities poses a serious threat to regional stability, global peace.
