Patna, May 18 -- Bihar Agriculture Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha said on Sunday that the state government is fully committed to enhancing farmers' income, expanding modern agricultural technologies, and strengthening the rural economy.
Sinha said here that under the leadership of the "double engine" government, extensive efforts are being made to transform agriculture from a traditional system into a modern, technology-driven, and profitable sector.
