Shimla, July 20 -- The family of Aditya Sharma, who recently lost his life in the Strait of Hormuz, on Monday urged the Himachal Pradesh government to help secure justice, prompting Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu to assure that the matter would be taken up with the Central Government.
Chief Minister reiterated the state government's commitment to extending all possible support to the bereaved family.
Rajesh Sharma, father of the deceased, called on the Chief Minister in Shimla and requested him to intervene, stating that despite the passage of time, no action had been taken by the Central Government regarding his son's death.
He sought accountability rather than financial relief.
