Mumbai, July 16 -- Maharashtra State Congress Committee President Harshvardhan Sapkal today alleged that the waiver of Rs 48,000-crore electricity bill owed by farmers which Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had announced on Wednesday, is not intended to benefit farmers, but to favour the BJP government's favoured industrialist Gautam Adani.
