Mumbai, March 4 -- The ongoing conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran has begun to severely impact Maharashtra's agricultural exports, leaving farmers and traders staring at heavy financial losses.

Nearly 2,000 containers loaded with bananas, grapes, and onions are currently stranded at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA). Among them are around 200 onion containers sourced from the major wholesale markets of Pimpalgaon and Lasalgaon in Nashik district.
