Chennai, July 6 -- Despite the Greater Chennai City police issuing summons and also a look out circular, DMK strongman and former Tamil Nadu Minister V Senthilbalaji and his brother RV Ashok Kumar, failed to appear before the police for questioning on Monday in the case relating to alleged attempts to poach a TVK MLA with a Rs 35 crore bribe offer to topple the ruling TVK headedby Chief Minister Vijay.
After registering cases against them, the police issued summons to them on July 4 asking the duo to appear before it at 1030 hrs todayfor questioning.
