Prayagraj, Sept. 27 -- The Allahabad High Court has granted relief to Nihal Kumar, also known as Bachcha Pasi, a sharpshooter affiliated with the Chhota Rajan gang and a former councilor, accused of attacking Satendra Kumar, a project manager at a private company.
The court stayed Bachcha Pasi's arrest until further orders.
The case was heard yesterday by a division bench comprising Justice JJ Munir and Justice Pramod Kumar Srivastava.
While granting the stay, the High Court allowed the police to continue their investigation and directed all defendants to submit their responses within two weeks.
