Srinagar, July 30 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch J&K Thursday filed a chargesheet against four persons in connection with a Rs 15 lakh cheating case, officials said.
The chargesheet was filed before the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar, in a 2022 FIR registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The accused have been identified as Mohammad Amin Bhat, a resident of Khanyar, Srinagar; Khalid Hussain Khan of Gasiyar Hawal, Srinagar; Anil Kumar Maheshwari of Satiya Nagar, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan; and Shashank Kumar a resident of Uddai City, Pallapurram-2, Modipurram, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
